Had an amazing getaway with friends! Enjoyed fiery sunsets from our private deck, used the free bikes and kayaks, and had one of the best breakfasts on the Outer Banks. We soaked up the sun and loved being outdoors, especially at the beach and on the boat. Highly recommend this place!
The only downside was the soundproofing in our room. It wasn't great, and we could hear some noise from other guests, but luckily everyone was pretty chill.

Just a smart choice for a brief hiatus in Buxton with value for price. The staff went out of their way to make sure we were comfortable even when the air conditioning broke. Make sure to try the breakfast. it’s really good.

I stayed with my family in a Deluxe Double Room with Sea View for three nights. The views were stunning, and breakfast offered many tasty choices. However, the breakfast-to-go request was slightly disappointing as it didn't cater to vegan needs, and there were some noise disturbances from neighboring rooms at night.

Staying here with our four babies was a dream! The outdoor activities were perfect for our family, especially paddle boarding and biking. We loved the breathtaking sea views from our room, and the breakfast was one of the best we’ve had in the Outer Banks!
In my wife’s opinion, a kids' play area would be great.

Perfect for a Solo Traveler Seeking Peace
The view from my room was amazing, watching the sunrise over the sound each morning was something else. The breakfast had this amazing eggs prepared just how I liked them, to top it off, the coffee was exactly what I needed to kickstart my day.
It wasn't exactly a bargain, but it was still acceptable for the experience I received.

perfect for exploring buxton's stunning landmarks and parks
During my stay, I was really impressed by the inviting garden that not only added charm to the place but also provided fresh produce for the restaurant, and with the Cape Hatteras Lighthouse just under 4 km away, it was easy to stroll there and enjoy the scenic views. being a solo traveler, I appreciated the unique and cozy decor of my deluxe double room with a sea view, although I did wish the breakfast to go had more options since my request for a vegan sandwich didn't quite hit the mark.

We had an amazing two-night stay! The shrimp and grits were the best we've ever tasted, and enjoying cookies and coffee in the common area after a long day was such a treat. The views from our Sunflower room were even more stunning than in the photos, and we can’t wait to come back!
